Update #1
It has been almost 4 hours since the read-a-thon began and I have gotten nothing done. I started 2 books, gave up on the first and am currently working on Little Lady, Big Apple. I will have to take a break in a bit because my sister want to go see Frankenweenie (she is a giant Tim Burton fan), but hopefully I will get some reading done in the afternoon.

You have started two book and even though you might not be ready for them now you have tried. I sometimes find that I am just not in the mood for the book chosen, then it is a good idea to change to something else like you have done.
I hope for you that you will find a book that can hold you captive later today. Happy reading.
